PURPLE THUMB PARTNERS
primary care for your home / consider a GREEN ROOM for health and energy

Welcome

You have a primary care physician who understands and tracks your physical health. You have an automobile mechanic who understands and records work performed on your car. You have a financial advisor who understands and informs your investments. You may have a tax guy, vet, dentist etc. whose true value is in the long term relationship that synthesizes your individual history with professional expertise. It's time to give your home the same long-term approach to maintenance and improvements that its value clearly warrants.
After twenty-five years as a custom homebuilder and five years as the director of a national home improvement program, it has become clear to me that most homeowners are under-informed about their houses.  Each home is as different as are the individuals who live in them. For this reason there has never been a truly comprehensive home maintenance and improvement program ..until now.
Purple Thumb Partners is an innovative approach to comprehensive home care that is within the reach of every homeowner. Like a good primary care physician, PTP measures success in the prevention of problems rather than the heroic measures it might take to respond to a failed system. Our approach is simple. We analyze the house and interview the homeowner to better understand long term goals. We compile a comprehensive house manual that is specific to your home and goals. PTP proposes a maintenance scenario that takes into account typical life cycles of various components including roofs, heating system, water heater, appliance and so on. The manual includes photos, manufacturers information, projected costs and desired improvements that will allow you to prepare for necessary expenditures and avoid surprise expenses.
Purple Thumb Partners is, above all else in the trust business. In order to remain objective, we do not profit from the actual repairs but from an annual membership. You recieve access to the knowledge and instincts of a quarter century of custom building in New England.
I hope you will give us the opportunity to prove the old saw, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure".
