Your home manual also serves to specify exactly what is expected of a building contractor. As a custom builder with over 30 years experience, I know that most contractor disputes occur as a result of miscommunication of expections regarding the quality of materials and workmanship. Purple Thumb Partners  functions as an objective third party  having no vested interest in any of the contracts entered into by the owner. In addition, for the weekend warrior, we offer on and off-site workshops that cover any method required for building. You will be learning from the most accomplished tradesmen in the field with decades of experience in the particular specialty. We are on call for instant support by email or telephone. After the project is successfully completed you will be invited to join as a bronze member ($300 / year ) to receive continued support in the maintenance of your home.
