Purple Parntership offers a less comprehensive consulting service on an “as needed” basis. For a flat annual fee of $300 your home is added to our registry and records are kept for each home visit and communication. The annual fee entitles the homeowner to either two one-half hour home visits or a one-hour annual general "check up" in addition to the complimentary initial analysis.  After that, home visits will be charged at a rate of $150 for the first hour and $50 for each subsequent half-hour. While there is not an initial comprehensive analysis under this plan, over time it is possible to gain an excellent understanding of your home and its systems. We will, as needed, photograph, document and compile information about your home. A file will be set up and made available to you any time via our website. Written reports are also available at a small additional fee.
